Pricing

One-Off on-Site Visit

To come to your home and help you troubleshoot whatever issues you are having we charge $100 for the call out fee and the first hour then $50 per half an hour after that. I'd like to think most things can be resolved within the first hour, if not we are more than happy to let you know how long we think it may take rather than spending hours at your home then billing you for it afterwards. Most small one-off jobs would be covered by this pricing.

All Other Services

For all other services we will provide a quote for the work. To keep things simple for everyone most other services will require we come and look at your property, talk to you about what you would like and get an understanding of how you intend to use it. Once we have that information, we can then build a solution specifically for you and provide a quote for the whole solution.

We will then provide an initial quote for your customised solution, with initial pricing for any equipment and our fee for configuration and installation to give you an idea of the overall potential costs involved. 

 

​Once the design is signed off by you, we will order all the equipment we need for your solution. Depending on the cost of equipment, a suitable deposit / pre-payment will be negotiated and discussed with you pre-order. Generally this will be 40% of the total cost of any hardware but may vary depending on the solution.

 

We will have all the hardware shipped to us, this has a couple of benefits, one it means we can check we have received all the hardware we need prior to installation, two it’s all working as it should and thirdly, we will pre-configure all the hardware before bringing it on site which makes the installation process smoother for everyone.

Before coming and installing your new equipment we require a further payment of 40% of the total cost of the hardware, once received we will arrange a suitable time to come and install it.

When your new equipment is up and running, we fully test it to ensure it meets or exceeds the requirements. For example, we will check the Wi-Fi coverage throughout the home to validate that it meets the requirements and check each network port to ensure they are working as they should. ​

When the testing is completed, we will take you through your new equipment in detail, show you where all the hardware is installed, and take you through any software so you can manage and maintain it once we've left. We'll also leave you with a pack that contains detailed information and any diagrams (if appropriate) of how everything is configured in case someone else in the future wants to change things.

Once the solution is fully signed off by you we will provide you with an invoice for the remaining balance, which will be the 20 % of the hardware costs, and our labour fee. Which would be payable within 7 days.

After we're gone

We live in the real world and fully understand that once you start using your new equipment fully there might be some changes you'd like or tweaks that need to made so if there are any issues or small changes required within the first 6 months we're happy to come out and make them for you for free, whilst we're there we'll check over everything to make sure we're still happy with it and we'll check any available firmware updates are completed before we leave. 

After 6 months I highly doubt you will need us but in the event of issues or changes are needed our normal one-off site visit rates apply as above.
